I’ve grown particularly fond of South Sea pearls with their range of natural colours from creamy white, champagne, aubergine, and gold to the soft sooty black I chose for these earrings. Reflecting the allure of French Polynesia, the pearls, threaded on 18-carat gold shepherd hooks, are given extra sparkle with the addition of a 10-point diamond set in oxidized silver.
